One of the worst things in life is to go through life having something bad happen to you and you never heal from it. A childhood trauma. A fall off the horse. A physical or sexual assault from a person who is supposed to help, love, protect and honor you. A simple car accident that went untreated or treated the wrong way because you thought it was no big deal. Life happens to every single person on this planet.
The fascial system is our grounding substance that holds us in place at 2,000 pounds per square inch. The memories or flashbacks, emotions (attached to those memories), are all stored in the fascia. Talk therapy will only get you so far. And the more drugs and medication you take and the more liquor you drink, the tighter the fascial system is and the tighter your muscles become.
So, how do we release the fascial system and get out of the web of entrapment we are in? Myofascial Release is sustained pressure through the help of another person or stretch held for 5 minutes or longer. Then and only then will you see and feel a permanent change in your body, mind, emotional state and muscles.
Myofascial Release gets to the core root of the issue. You are impacted at the physical, spiritual, emotional and mental state of mind when you are touched or you hold sustained stretches. When you let go and are willing to feel the emotions and physical pain, you can start to heal. Healing is messy. Healing brings forth the pain that is present but hidden. When dealt with appropriately and in a safe place healing and miracles happen quickly it seems. Positive change happens. Chronic pain starts to go away. Stress and the ability to handle life gets easier. Movement happens a little easier and more freely. You can start to get your life back. Step by step you can walk into more freedom.
Several people I work on everyday have been healed from agonizing painful memories. Veterans and abuse survivors stop having flashbacks and can return to a decent way of life filled with joy and happiness. Several people are freed from nightmares and suicidal thoughts.
There is hope. I’ll be here to help. Reach out to me if you have questions, or you just need a listening ear to talk to or pray with. Share this. You don’t have to live life feeling you’re all alone and no one cares. Feel free to book online or fill out a contact me form @ qfhdq4pccs.wpdns.site
